Itinerary
Day 1: Buzzing Bangkok
Land in Thailand's vibrant capital and make your way through streets teeming with tuk tuks, street stalls, and mopeds, to our luxury city centre accommodation. Freshen up after your flight with a dip in the rooftop pool before a night out on colourful Khao San Road with the group.
Day 2: Temples & Tuk Tuks
See Bangkok from the water today as we explore its winding network of canals on a traditional long-tail boat - it's a great way to see local life. Then speed through the city's charmingly chaotic streets in a tuk tuk, to visit some of its most impressive, golden spired temples.
Day 3: Cooking & Night Train
Learn the secrets of Thai cuisine with a hands-on cooking class today. After feasting on your zingy creations, board the overnight train south. Settle into your comfy bunk and snuggle down before letting the motion of the train rock you to sleep.
Day 4: Floating Bungalows
Wind through limestone cliffs and lush jungle on a longtail boat. Your home for the night is a floating bungalow in a spectacular setting in Khao Sok National Park. Spend the rest of the day kayaking, tubing and monkey spotting before bedding down on the water.
Day 5: Jungle Treehouse
Head deeper into the rainforest today, getting a taste of rural life as we visit a sustainable family farm. Cool off with a swim in an emerald coloured river, and either tube or trek to the fairy-tale tree house where you'll spend the night, with the sounds of the jungle as your lullaby.
Day 6: Phangan Paradise
Travel to the tropical island of Koh Phangan today. Drop your bag at our airy beachside bungalows and hit the sugary sands of Baan Tai, slip into the beachfront infinity pool, or sip a cooling smoothie in the shade of the palm trees.
Day 7: Blissful Beach Day
Today's yours to enjoy lovely Koh Phangan with a tour of the island's secret spots and secluded bays. Swim over rainbow-coloured reefs, stretch out in the warm Thai sun, and float on your back in the crystal-clear sea. This evening we'll share a mouth-watering beach barbecue under the stars.
Day 8: Muay Thai or Yoga
After relaxing from dawn to dusk yesterday, get a sweat on today with a high octane Muay Thai class. If downward dog is more your style, there's a private yoga class on offer as well. Then stretch out your muscles with a traditional Thai massage before a night out in Phangan's bars and clubs.
Day 9: Koh Phi Phi
Another day, another paradise island, as we swap Phangnan for the equally idyllic Phi Phi. Arrive late afternoon and check into our upscale beachside resort before heading out for dinner, drinks and a beach party.
Day 10: Speedboat Trip
Pack the snorkel and the sunscreen today as we board our private speedboat and carve through the water to the impossibly beautiful Phi Phi Le. Explore hidden lagoons, sunbathe on postcard-perfect beaches, and snorkel with hundreds of tropical fish. Heavenly.
Day 11: Jungle Hike & Phuket
Start the day with a hike to one of the island's best viewpoints for 'pinch me I'm dreaming' views. Then enjoy some chilled-out beach time before boarding a ferry to Phuket, where our gorgeous four-star hotel awaits. Relax by the rooftop pool before sundowners on the sands.
Day 12: Elephant Sanctuary
Spend today with Thailand's most sacred animal at an amazing ethical elephant sanctuary. Learn all about these gentle giants and how they are cared for here, and see them feeding, bathing and playing in a beautiful natural setting. Tonight, we'll share a delicious farewell dinner and drinks.

- Khao Sok National Park (1 night): Floating bungalow in the middle of the National Park, with jungle views and included kayaking and tubing.
- Khao Sok National Park (1 night): Amazing jungle tree house with a pristine rainforest setting.
- Koh Phangan (3 nights): Airy bungalows right on the golden sands of Baan Tai Beach, with a beachfront infinity pool, gym, yoga hall, and restaurant.
- Koh Phi Phi (2 nights): Beachfront resort set in tropical, landscaped gardens just steps from Ton Sai Bay, with a large outdoor pool, restaurant and bar .
- Phuket (2 nights): Four-star hotel in the heart of Patong, with beach-inspired decor, rooftop pool and bar, gym, and incredible views over the Andaman Sea.

Arrive in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) on day 1, where a member of the local team will meet you and take you to our starting accommodation in the heart of the city.
Your amazing trip ends in Phuket. If you’re heading home, it is best to arrange your flights so you can fly home from Phuket. If you’re in less of a rush, train or bus back to Bangkok are also good options. Your tour guide can help you arrange onward travel. Please ensure you leave enough time to transit if your return flight is out of Bangkok.
Group sizes vary but for this trip the average is 16 people. This is a relatively small group, which means you’ll get lots of your tour guide’s time, and have a more personal, bespoke experience.
This trip is designed for those aged 18-39. No special level of fitness is required for this trip but there are some light activities included, from yoga and snorkelling to hiking.
