The Real Travelling office is based in Tunbridge Wells, 1 hour South-East of London by train. We are located smack in the centre of the town, only a 5 minute walk from the train station and right next to the main shopping area.

Product Administrator
We have been expanding rapidly and are looking for a detail-oriented administrator to join our product team. The product team works to find new trips and experiences for our customers, risk assess them and load all information onto our website ready for our sales team to help customers book. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking start a career in the travel industry.
The ability to work concurrently on multiple projects, good numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail are required for this role, as well as being a confident communicator. If you have travelled to some of our major destinations (SE Asia, Latin America, Africa and Australia) then that is a bonus!
This is an office-based role in central Tunbridge Wells, with the option to work from home 1-2 days a week after the training period. Our company culture is important to us and we hold regular social events, do not have any strict business-dress codes and offer brilliant travel discounts to our team.
We offer great on-the-job training and a starting salary ranging from £22,000 to £25,000pa.
Assist the Product Manager with a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):
- Add new trips to the website
- Maintain the accuracy of trip information on the website
- Help with trip health and safety records
- Maintain accurate pricing and date management
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with partners around the globe
- Review feedback and work with various team to improve itineraries
