All your accommodation is included on this trip. Rooms are on a twin basis with en suite facilities. Lots of our travellers are solo travellers, so when you book with us, we’ll pair you up with a like-minded roommate of the same sex. Our trips are great for couples or friends as well - just let us know you’re together, so we can be sure to put you in the same room.

Reykjavik (2 nights): Modern hotel that has been designed to reflect the country’s unique natural environment. With a prime location near the city centre and the scenic harbour, bright, spacious rooms and quirky features including the rock bursting through the first-floor wall (according to legend it’s home to elves and couldn’t be disturbed when the property was built!) it’s the perfect place for a stay in the capital. Facilities include a breakfast room and a bar serving local beers.

Hveragardi (4 nights): Recently renovated hotel in the beautiful town of Hvergerdi with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Hotel facilities include a restaurant serving traditional Icelandic food, games room and bar,

The above information is only intended to be used as a guide, giving you a flavour of some of our accommodation providers, and the style of accommodation you may be staying in. Please note that all nights are subject to change.

Meals

6 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 2 dinners are included on this trip. You’ll have the freedom to eat wherever and whenever you like the rest of the time. Icelandic food is having a real moment right now, with cuisine inspired by the ingredients available to Icelanders in their environment. From fresh-caught seafood and free-roaming lamb, to berries and Skyr, Icelandic food is as unique as the country itself.
