Day 1: Arrive in Reykjavik
Hæ hæ Iceland! Arrive in the bohemian capital and make your way to our starting hotel in the heart of the city. Get together with your guide and group this evening for a welcome meeting, before heading out to explore Reykjavik's lively bars and eclectic restaurants. Skál!
Day 2: Öskjuhlíð Hill Hike
Take a guided hike up Öskjuhlíð Hill this morning - a wooded area with stunning views over the city. The rest of the day is yours. Soak up the Arctic sun on Nauthólsvík Geothermal Beach, take a dip with the locals at Vesturbaejarlaug Pools or join an incredible whale watching cruise in Faxaflói Bay.
Day 3: Golden Circle
Enjoy an energetically charged hatha yoga session in Þingvellir National Park before learning to make rye bread in a geothermal bakery. Experience the healing power of some natural geothermal springs, then visit the impressive Gulfoss Waterfall, and the ancient Strokkur Geysir
Day 4: Geothermal Meditation
Hike the scenic Reykjadalur trail this morning, following the steaming pools to a natural geothermal pool where we'll share a guided meditation. Stop at a horse farm and meet the pony-sized Icelandic horses before enjoying a meal at the farm, made from locally sourced ingredients.
Day 5: Glacier Hike
Take an unforgettable hike through the dramatic valleys of Solheimajokul glacier. Then hit the black sands of Reynisfjara Beach for a mantra meditation, before exploring Dyrhólaey Cape. Next, it's Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss Waterfalls, where we'll zen out with another guided meditation.
Day 6: Geothermal Lake Yoga
Start your day with a Vinyasa yoga session by Kleifarvatn Lake. With black sands and deep blue waters, it's a starkly beautiful place to practice. Feel tranquillity spread through your body and mind as you move through the poses. Then spend the rest of the day exploring the Reykjanes Peninsula.
Day 7: The Blue Lagoon
Enjoy a restorative morning yoga practice before heading to the world-famous Blue Lagoon, where we'll soak in the mineral-rich water, surrounded by a rugged lava landscape, before heading to the airport and saying our goodbyes.

Extra information
Fly into Keflavik Airport (KEF) on day 1. Day 1 is an arrival day and the only activity planned is a welcome meeting between 5 and 7pm, so arrive at a time that suits you.
An included airport shuttle transfer from the airport to your hotel is included. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. Full details will be given in your booking confirmation.
The trip ends on day 7 in Reykjavik. Your last activity is a visit to the famous Blue Lagoon, which is around 20 minutes from Keflavik Airport. A return airport transfer will leave from the Blue Lagoon at around 2pm. You should not book your onward flight before 4pm that day.
This is an open-aged trip, designed for travellers of any age (you need to be at least 18 years old to book). You'll have the opportunity to meet people who are outside your own age group, and from different walks of life, adding depth and diversity to your travel experience.
