Day 1: Arrive in Thailand
Fly into Bangkok today. You will be met at the airport and transferred to your accommodation, where you will meet your group and tour leader.
Day 2: Massage course & flight
Spend the morning learning the ancient art of Thai massage. Then board a flight north to rural Chiang Mai and settle into your family-run guesthouse.
Day 3: Yoga & temples
Relax and revitalise your senses with a restorative morning yoga session. Then visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, a gleaming golden temple on the outskirts of Chiang Mai.
Day 4: Pai
Transfer to the stunning riverside location of Pai. Bask in your lush green surroundings and watch the gentle flow of the river from your chalet. Participate in Vinyasa Yoga.
Day 5: Hot springs & cooking
Learn to prepare delicious vegetarian cuisine using local ingredients at a cooking class. Later, bathe in the natural hot springs and unwind.
Day 6: Koh Samui
Return to Chiang Mai and board a flight south to the island of Koh Samui. Relax after your flight with an afternoon yoga session and explore Fisherman's village.
Day 7: Island life
Enjoy the quiet practice of yin yoga, which seeks to soften the body's connective tissues. Then cruise along the coastline on a stand-up paddleboard.
Day 8: Yoga & meditation
After a sunrise yoga session, spend your final day relaxing on the beach and swimming in the warm sea. Later, relax with some evening meditation.
Day 9: Trip ends
Your restorative Thai experience ends this morning. Head home or stick around for more solo relaxation.

Fly into Suvarnabhumi Airport on day 1. You will be met and transferred to your accommodation in Bangkok. Your trip ends on Koh Samui on day 9.
